By clicking on the cog icon at the bottom of the document, you can open the global document options.
In these options you can define how
- items are numbered in the table of content
- whether the the document title should be a heading by itself (see Table of Contents)
- New in 2.0: have hyperlinks to items point into the document rather than into Matrix
