It is possible to configure labels so that they can be used as review workflow, either as simple flag or as review forms.

When changing an item after a review the review status can be reset automatically.

 Note: for more elaborate review workflows with multiple stages and assignment we recommend an issue tracking software like JIRA which can be linked to an Matrix Requirements Item.
