Creating Work Assignments
To create a ticket, open the tool menu of the item and choose the type of ticket you want to create: 
In the dialog you can select the ticket type and edit the title and description for the issue which will be created. 
Clicking on Ok will create the ticket in JIRA and link it to the item in Matrix Requirements:
